Blizzard Assisted
protectionBuilt In Paladin Protection Retail Tank Priority 10 aoe assisted-combat protection simulationcraft single-target tank
Ships with Rotation Master; read-only in game.
Recommended for Protection in Midnight. Shows Blizzard's Assisted Combat suggestion, which already includes Shield of the Righteous, Avenging Wrath and Sentinel, and stops while you cast or have no enemy targeted. Reminders for what it leaves out: an aura between pulls, Rebuke on an interruptible cast, and Ardent Defender and Guardian of Ancient Kings whenever they are ready in combat. Health is hidden on Retail, so when to use them, and Lay on Hands, is your call. Taunting and positioning stay with you.
Adapted from SimulationCraft: Assisted Combat model, Protection Paladin, Blizzard API documentation: C_AssistedCombat (12.1.5), MaxDps Paladin module (Midnight).
In game: /rm set protection chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for.
