Qué hace
Comprueba cuánto falta para que el hechizo que elijas gane su siguiente carga, para cualquier hechizo y no solo los de tu especialización, comparado con los segundos que indiques. Un hechizo con todas sus cargas cuenta como cero segundos.
Por qué podrías usarla
Compares the seconds until a charge-based spell gains its next charge, for any spell ID; Tiempo de recarga del hechizo covers your own specialization's spells. Pair it with Cargas de cualquier hechizo to spend a charge just before another one comes back, so you never sit at the cap. A spell at full charges reports zero, while a spell without charges, or data the game hides (common on Retail and WoW Forever in combat), leaves the condition unavailable.
