Verifica quanto falta para o feitiço que você escolher ganhar a próxima carga, para qualquer feitiço, e não só os da sua especialização, em comparação com o número de segundos que você definir. Um feitiço com todas as cargas conta como zero segundo.
Por que você pode usá-la
Compares the seconds until a charge-based spell gains its next charge, for any spell ID; Tempo de recarga de cargas do feitiço covers your own specialization's spells. Pair it with Cargas de qualquer feitiço to spend a charge just before another one comes back, so you never sit at the cap. A spell at full charges reports zero, while a spell without charges, or data the game hides (common on Retail and WoW Forever in combat), leaves the condition unavailable.
