为什么会用到它
Compares the seconds until a charge-based spell gains its next charge, for any spell ID; 法术充能时间 covers your own specialization's spells. Pair it with 任意法术充能 to spend a charge just before another one comes back, so you never sit at the cap. A spell at full charges reports zero, while a spell without charges, or data the game hides (common on Retail and WoW Forever in combat), leaves the condition unavailable.
