Compare how many charges a pet ability has, the pet version of Заряды заклинания. We know of no current pet ability that uses charges, and for one without charges the condition is unavailable rather than false, so for ordinary pet abilities use Восстановление заклинания питомца or Заклинание питомца доступно instead. On Retail and Forever, charge data can be hidden during combat, encounters and other restricted content, and then the condition is unavailable.
