为什么会用到它
Compare how many charges a pet ability has, the pet version of 法术充能. We know of no current pet ability that uses charges, and for one without charges the condition is unavailable rather than false, so for ordinary pet abilities use 宠物法术冷却 or 宠物法术可用 instead. On Retail and Forever, charge data can be hidden during combat, encounters and other restricted content, and then the condition is unavailable. See also 宠物法术充能时间.
