Compare how many charges a pet ability has, the pet version of 法術充能. We know of no current pet ability that uses charges, and for one without charges the condition is unavailable rather than false, so for ordinary pet abilities use 寵物法術冷卻 or 寵物法術可用 instead. On Retail and Forever, charge data can be hidden during combat, encounters and other restricted content, and then the condition is unavailable. See also 寵物法術充能時間.
