Что делает
Сравнивает, сколько секунд осталось до следующего заряда выбранного заклинания питомца, с заданным числом секунд. Если все заряды на месте, оставшееся время считается равным нулю.
Зачем это нужно
Compare the time until a pet ability regains its next charge, the pet version of Время перезарядки заклинания. Full charges and inactive recharge timers report zero, and an ability without charges is unavailable; we know of no current pet ability that uses charges, so for ordinary pet abilities use Восстановление заклинания питомца. On Retail and Forever, recharge data can be hidden during combat, encounters and other restricted content, and then the condition is unavailable. See also Заряды заклинания питомца.
