What it does
Checks how your character's level compares with the level you set.
Why you might use it
Compares your character's level, which is mainly useful while leveling: switch to a different rotation before you learn key abilities, for example a pre-40 rotation without Mortal Strike, then change over once you pass that level. It is a switch condition only and works in every edition. For other units' levels see Level.
