为什么会用到它
Compares how many charges a charge-based spell has right now, so you can spend charges before they cap and stop wasting recharge time: a Beast Mastery Hunter uses Barbed Shot at 2 charges, or a Fire Mage spends Fire Blast when it is full. It matters most on Retail and Classic progression (Mists), where many spells have charges. On Retail and WoW Forever the charge count can be hidden in combat, and the condition is unavailable while it is. See also 法术充能时间.
