Qué hace
Comprueba cuántos segundos le quedan al tiempo de reutilización del hechizo que elijas, comparados con los segundos que indiques. Un hechizo listo cuenta como cero.
Por qué podrías usarla
Compares the seconds left on a spell's cooldown. Use it to wait for a strong ability instead of spending resources on a filler, such as skipping Heroic Strike when Mortal Strike or Bloodthirst is less than a second away, or to line up a burst cooldown with another one coming back soon. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide a spell's cooldown in combat (the global cooldown stays readable), and the condition is unavailable while it is hidden.
