O que faz
Verifica quantos segundos restam no tempo de recarga do feitiço que você escolher, em comparação com o número de segundos que você definir. Um feitiço pronto conta como zero.
Por que você pode usá-la
Compares the seconds left on a spell's cooldown. Use it to wait for a strong ability instead of spending resources on a filler, such as skipping Heroic Strike when Mortal Strike or Bloodthirst is less than a second away, or to line up a burst cooldown with another one coming back soon. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide a spell's cooldown in combat (the global cooldown stays readable), and the condition is unavailable while it is hidden.
