Что делает
Сравнивает, сколько секунд осталось до восстановления выбранного заклинания, с заданным числом секунд. Готовое заклинание считается за ноль.
Зачем это нужно
Compares the seconds left on a spell's cooldown. Use it to wait for a strong ability instead of spending resources on a filler, such as skipping Heroic Strike when Mortal Strike or Bloodthirst is less than a second away, or to line up a burst cooldown with another one coming back soon. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide a spell's cooldown in combat (the global cooldown stays readable), and the condition is unavailable while it is hidden. See also Заклинание доступно and Время перезарядки заклинания.
Пример
восстановление Mortal Strike меньше 1 с
