Por qué podrías usarla
Cast a spell the moment it lights up. The game answers directly, so the glow still reads in combat on Retail and WoW Forever, where the buff behind the proc can be hidden from addons. Choose the spell as it appears on your bars; its base and override forms are checked too. If the game cannot answer, the condition is unavailable, never simply false.
