为什么会用到它
Compares the stacks, or charges, of a buff. Use it to spend a stacking buff at its peak, such as an Enhancement Shaman casting an instant Lightning Bolt at 5 Maelstrom Weapon stacks, or to refresh a charge-based buff like Earth Shield on the tank when it runs low. A missing buff does not satisfy it; on Retail and WoW Forever the stack count can be hidden in combat, and the condition is then unavailable. See also 存在增益效果 and 减益效果层数.

This input field has prediction enabled, so you do not have to type the full spell name, just select from the prediction frame when it appears.
