作用
将指定单位当前施法完成前的剩余秒数与你设置的秒数进行比较。单位未在施法时，无论如何比较都不匹配。
为什么会用到它
Compares the seconds left before a unit's current cast completes. Use it to interrupt an enemy's dangerous cast just before it lands, or to put up a shield or defensive right before a big spell hits; on yourself it helps line up the next action as your cast finishes. It is false when the unit is not casting, whatever the operator, and on Retail and WoW Forever it is unavailable when the game hides another unit's cast timing. See also 施法进度.
