作用
將指定單位目前施法完成前的剩餘秒數與你設定的秒數進行比較。單位未在施法時，無論如何比較都不符合。
為什麼會用到它
Compares the seconds left before a unit's current cast completes. Use it to interrupt an enemy's dangerous cast just before it lands, or to put up a shield or defensive right before a big spell hits; on yourself it helps line up the next action as your cast finishes. It is false when the unit is not casting, whatever the operator, and on Retail and WoW Forever it is unavailable when the game hides another unit's cast timing. See also 施法進度.

運算子 - How to compare 施法剩餘時間 with the 秒 value. This comparison uses basic mathematical comparison operations.
秒 - The number of seconds before the current spell being cast by 單位 is complete. If the 單位 is not currently casting, this condition will not be successful (regardless of the Operator used.)
