What it does
Checks if the unit specified has at least one buff that can be stolen.
Why you might use it
Tells whether a unit has a buff you could steal, which is mostly for a Mage's Spellsteal (from TBC onward): steal a dangerous enemy buff or a useful one for yourself. Put it on the Spellsteal step, or use it as a cooldown reminder to watch for stealable buffs. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide a unit's auras, and the condition is unavailable while it does. See also Debuff Type Present and Buff Present.
