- Not available on that edition (the reason is in the tooltip)
- Depends on the setting, your class or another addon (details in the tooltip)
What it does
Checks how many seconds you have been in combat, compared with the number of seconds you set. Out of combat it does not match.
Why you might use it
Compares how long you have been in combat, which is the usual way to build an opener: stack Sunder Armor in the first few seconds, use a pre-planned cooldown sequence early, then fall back to the normal priority. It can also hold long cooldowns until a fight has clearly started. See also In Combat.
Example
Time in combat is less than 10 seconds
Settings
What each setting in the condition editor means, from the game's own help.
Operator - How to compare Time Since Combat Start with the Seconds value. This comparison uses basic mathematical comparison operations.
Seconds - This condition checks how long you've been in combat. For example, if the operator is set to 'is less than' and the value is set to 5, this condition will only be true if you have been in combat for less than 5 seconds, or if the operator is set to 'is greater than' and the value is set to 10, the condition will only be true if you have been in combat for more than 10 seconds. This is very useful for adjusting rotation priorities for openers vs. normal rotation
