What it does
Checks if the totem you choose is active. Where spells have ranks, any rank of that totem counts unless you tick Use this exact spell rank.
Why you might use it
For Shamans, tells whether a specific totem is active, rather than any totem in its slot. Use it with NOT to keep Windfury Totem or Mana Spring Totem down, even when another totem of the same element could otherwise replace it. Where spells have ranks, it matches the totem by name across ranks unless you tick Use this exact spell rank. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide totem slots, and the condition is unavailable then. See also Totem Present and Specific Totem Time Remaining.
