For Shamans, tells whether a specific totem is active, rather than any totem in its slot. Use it with NOT to keep Windfury Totem or Mana Spring Totem down, even when another totem of the same element could otherwise replace it. Where spells have ranks, it matches the totem by name across ranks unless you tick Use this exact spell rank.
