- Not available on that edition (the reason is in the tooltip)
- Depends on the setting, your class or another addon (details in the tooltip)
What it does
Checks how many charges are left on the temporary enchant of your main-hand weapon, or off-hand weapon when Off Hand is ticked, compared with the number you set. A weapon with no temporary enchant does not match.
Why you might use it
Compares the charges left on your weapon's temporary enchant, for enchants that are used up by hits, such as Classic Rogue poisons. Use it to reapply a poison before its charges run out. With no enchant on the weapon the condition is false whatever the operator. See also Weapon Enchant Time Remaining.
Example
the number of stacks of your off hand weapon buff is less than 10
Settings
What each setting in the condition editor means, from the game's own help.
Off Hand - Should this condition affect your main or off-hand weapon. If this is checked, it will affect your off-hand weapon, otherwise it will affect your main-hand (or two-handed) weapon.
Operator - How to compare Weapon Enchant Stacks with the Stacks value. This comparison uses basic mathematical comparison operations.
Stacks - The number of stacks of a buff applied to your weapon. If there is no buff on your weapon, this condition will not be successful (regardless of the Operator used.)
