Что делает
Сравнивает, сколько зарядов осталось у временных чар на оружии в правой руке — или в левой, если отмечено «Левая рука», — с заданным числом. Если временных чар на оружии нет, условие не выполняется.
Зачем это нужно
Compares the charges left on your weapon's temporary enchant, for enchants that are used up by hits, such as Classic Rogue poisons. Use it to reapply a poison before its charges run out. With no enchant on the weapon the condition is false whatever the operator. See also Оставшееся время чар на оружии.

Левая рука - Should this condition affect your main or off-hand weapon. If this is checked, it will affect your off-hand weapon, otherwise it will affect your main-hand (or two-handed) weapon.
Оператор - How to compare Заряды чар на оружии with the Наложения value. This comparison uses basic mathematical comparison operations.
Наложения - The number of stacks of a buff applied to your weapon. If there is no buff on your weapon, this condition will not be successful (regardless of the Operator used.)
