Call as
Conditions.item.itemHelp(frame)
Record the dependency Conditions.item.itemHelp, then call it by that name. A namespaced call does not pass self: use a colon call or pass the object yourself.
What it does
Adds the item condition editors' help text to frame: the shared item widget help, a gap, and a note on how item sets, bag counts and restricted observations are evaluated.
Arguments
| Name | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
frame | table | Help container the text is added to. |
Returns
Nothing.
Editions
Built In helpers are registered on every edition. What differs is the game API they read; where one is missing the helper falls back or returns nil with a reason.
It reads no game API directly.
How the addon calls it
- Have Item In Bags (help)
itemHelp(frame) - Have Item Equipped (help)
itemHelp(frame) - Item Available (help)
itemHelp(frame) - Item Cooldown (help)
itemHelp(frame) - Item In Range (help)
