Icy Veins' Fire leveling build without Improved Scorch, an alternative to the recommended Fire premade, off by default: enable it and disable that one, or raise its priority. Pulls with Pyroblast, uses Fire Blast to spend Wake of Fire, Scorch as the mob closes (target health is hidden on Forever, so its low-target finishers are yours), then Frostfire Bolt (from 40) or Fireball. Same AoE, movement, wand and reminders as the Fire premade, without Combustion and Presence of Mind.

In game: /rm set fire-icyveins chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
