Icy Veins' Warlock leveling: the wand is the solo filler, Voidwalker is the default demon, Affliction and Destruction sacrifice their demon and play without one (from 41 and 55), Demonology keeps Demonic Brand up and uses Immolate only as a filler, and Destruction puts Bane of Havoc on the durable enemy of a pack and Conflagrates on cooldown once Incinerate is known. Choose it instead of the recommended Warlock premade if you follow Icy Veins. Health, mana and time to die are hidden from addons on Forever, so Drain Life when hurt, Life Tap and which targets will live long enough for DoTs are your call. An alternative to the recommended Warlock DPS premade, off by default: enable it and disable that one, or raise its priority.

In game: /rm set dps-icyveins chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
