The older Phase 4 list from Icy Veins and Warcraft Tavern, also fine for leveling, an alternative to the recommended Season of Discovery Retribution premade, off by default: enable it and disable that one, or raise its priority. Judgement of the Crusader once on elites and long fights, Seal of Martyrdom, Exorcism, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm and Judgement on cooldown, Consecration with mana or three close enemies, Hammer of Wrath. Same reminders as the recommended premade.

In game: /rm set retribution-icyveins chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
