Ships with Rotation Master; read-only in game.
Off by default; enable it with the Soul of the Sealbearer rune or the six-piece set that makes seals linger (Rotation Master cannot see either). Keeps both Seal of Command and Seal of Martyrdom up, Divine Storm at three Holy Power, Crusader Strike, Exorcism, Holy Wrath on Undead and Demons (on anything with Purifying Power engraved), Consecration, and Judgement while both seals are up.

In game: /rm set retribution-stacking chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
