Ships with Rotation Master; read-only in game.
Off by default; enable it if you twist seals (level 64+, Seal of Command and Blood or Martyr). Opens with Judgement of the Crusader, then each swing puts up Seal of Command (rank 1) early and switches to Blood or Martyr in the last 0.4 seconds, Crusader Strike between twists, judges only Blood or Martyr, Exorcism and Consecration only as fillers, and rolls Blood without twisting below 12% mana. Needs a reliable swing timer; latency is not accounted for.

In game: /rm set retribution-twist chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
