Levels 1–70, every spec. From stealth: Premeditation, then Cheap Shot solo or Garrote in a group, otherwise Ambush (with a dagger in the main hand). In combat: Riposte, Slice and Dice from two combo points (renewed in its last two seconds), Eviscerate on a target about to die, and at five points Rupture when it will last (not while Blade Flurry cleaves), otherwise Eviscerate. Builds with Mutilate or Backstab (dagger) when the target is not attacking you, otherwise Hemorrhage or Sinister Strike. Reminds you of missing poisons, Kick, Blade Flurry and Adrenaline Rush, Cold Blood and Evasion. Expose Armor, Kidney Shot, Feint, Vanish and positioning stay with you.
