Cosa fa
Controlla come il livello dell'unità specificata si confronta con il livello che imposti. Con Relativo spuntato, il livello che imposti è uno scarto rispetto al tuo livello, quindi -3 significa tre livelli sotto il tuo.
Perché potresti usarla
Compare a unit's level with a fixed number, or, with Relative checked, with your own level plus the value.
