为什么会用到它
For Season of Discovery, checks whether a rune is engraved on your gear, including passive runes that a 已学会法术 test cannot see. One shared rotation can then adapt to the build: a Mage adds Living Bomb only when it is engraved, or a Rogue switches to a tanking rotation when Just a Flesh Wound is on the chest. Outside Season of Discovery realms, and until your runes load after logging in, the condition is unavailable rather than false, even under NOT; it does not exist on Retail or WoW Forever. This is not the Death Knight 符文 condition.
