为什么会用到它
For Shamans, compares the seconds left on a specific totem, so you can refresh it before it runs out, for example recasting Windfury Totem with less than 10 seconds left. An absent or expired totem does not match. On Retail and WoW Forever the game can hide totem slots, and the condition is unavailable then. See also 存在特定图腾 and 图腾剩余时间.
