Off by default, and superseded for Phase 5. The Icy Veins, Warcraft Tavern, Method and wowtbc.gg order from before the Siege of Orgrimmar patch: Slice and Dice, Revealing Strike kept up, five-point Rupture on a long single-target fight and Eviscerate, with Sinister Strike as the builder. Same reminders and pack play as the recommended Combat premade. Choose it only if you follow those guides; enable it and disable the recommended one.

In game: /rm set combat-icyveins chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
