Off by default. Warcraft Tavern's and Method's shard policy: the same DoT upkeep as the recommended Affliction premade, but Haunt is saved for four shards or Dark Soul: Misery, and below 20% Soulburn and Soul Swap refresh every DoT whenever you have a shard. Enable it and disable the recommended Affliction premade to use it.

In game: /rm set affliction-warcrafttavern chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for. It ships disabled: an alternative to the recommended rotation for its specialization. Turn it on in game (Rotations, then Enabled) and either turn the other off or give this one a higher priority.
