Recommended for Elemental from level 10, chosen in the Elemental specialization. Wowhead's order: a Lightning Bolt to open (Lava Burst with Unleashed Fury), Unleash Elements with Unleashed Fury, Flame Shock when it is missing or about to run out on a target that will live, Lava Burst into Flame Shock (and on every Lava Surge), Elemental Blast, Earth Shock at six Lightning Shield charges while Flame Shock has 6 seconds left, Chain Lightning on two enemies, Lightning Bolt. Four or more enemies on you: Magma in melee, free Lava Bursts, Lava Beam in Ascendance, Chain Lightning. While moving it shows only instants. Reminders: Lightning Shield, Flametongue, Searing Totem, Fire Elemental on elites and bosses, Elemental Mastery, Ascendance after a Lava Burst, Ancestral Swiftness, Stormlash and Bloodlust in a group, Wind Shear, Thunderstorm for mana, Shamanistic Rage and Astral Shift when low. Earthquake and Earth Elemental are listed but off. Left to you: Spiritwalker's Grace, Flame Shock on extra targets and where to stand.
Adapted from Wowhead: Elemental Shaman rotation (MoP Classic), Icy Veins: Elemental Shaman rotation (MoP Classic), Warcraft Tavern: Elemental Shaman rotation (MoP), wowtbc.gg: Elemental Shaman (MoP Classic).
In game: /rm set elemental chooses it by hand; it loads only for its edition and class, and is listed only for the specializations it is for.
